• Use the desktop of GUI based operating systems 

• Use the features in a GUI window 

• Use the help facility 

• Use generic print options

• Identify basic computer components. 

• Start up and shut down a personal computer system. 

• Use personal computer operating systems function. 

• Use operating system utilities. 

• Use of mouse and keyboard.
